Single purpose sites

Single-purpose sites are specific web sites or web application with a different URL ('domain') to a company's main web site, with the advantage of being able to quickly provision and remove the site at short notice and without having to work within the constraints of the existing corporate web-site.

Examples include:

  • Marketing campaigns around a single theme, competition or promotion
  • Short-term initiatives within an organisation such as team-building exercises, recruitment drives or large public tenders
  • Staging of legacy or pre-production data in the midst of a data migration, system implementation or application roll-out
  • Testing or pilot initiatives on an unpublicised web application or site away from the main corporate site
  • Data storage, backup, offline processing or secure data encryption servers for specific purposes or projects.
  • "Very personable and extremely helpful. Quality projects on time, at a good price." - Shane Hickey (BioMelbourne)

  • "From the outset, results-driven, can-do attitude has been both refreshing and infectious." - B. Appleby (Stockstreet)

  • "Overall, was impressed with your ability to quickly pick up knowledge and understand our business over the workshop sessions." (Business Stakeholder)
